[nsp] 1721 issues....help!!!!!

Can anyone assist with this one...adding VPN MODULE to a 1721

it appears, according to my engineer that  current (new) cisco 1721's will
not take the mod1700-vpn module.
***prior to this batch we have successfullly added the module many times****

Can anyone shed light on this quickly for me...I am dumbfounded!
