if aleron is the upstream of your provider, then you should talk to your
provider...if they don't have a community to lower your local-pref, then
you might want to ask them to do so manually, and then to advertise to
their providers (aleron), with a community that lowers the local-pref
(i'm pretty sure that aleron has one)
