I have that set.
It helped on the "VIP2-40 + PA-2FE-TX + port 1" crash that we had some
weeks ago. (Use FE port 1, VIP crashes, VIP reboots, all is back to
normal).
It did *not* help in any way on the crashes of the *other* VIPs upon OIRing
the problematic one.
