[nsp] How to make netflow only collect statistics of one port of C6509?

I want to set up netflow on Catalyst6509 to monitor uplink traffic.
 
But I found the document only give example of filtering with network layer
information.
 
How could I do it?
 
another question, does Catalyst4006 (4506) require special line card to
enable netflow?
