When defining Class Of Service definitions for the network backbone we can
define our Network Control and Internetwork Control traffic as a high
priority traffic but how are clns packets treated for non-IP protocols such
as IS-IS.  I simply want to make sure that my class-of-service definitions
don't break clns adjacencies on highly congested links...
