no, each carrier will be bringing in multiple vlans.

That looks like it'd do the job, but... 

prt0.thdo(config-if)#switchport vlan mapping 101 4090
%VLAN mapping is supported on layer 2 switch port only.

...so I can't use it in combination with dot1q subints. Hmmm... Could have
been good otherwise ;-(
