[nsp] boot-start-marker

I have noticed these as well. When you specify boot parameters (such as
which IOS image the system should boot to first) it will place those
configuration lines between the "boot-start-marker" and
"boot-end-marker". Basically, they are like remark statements in the
config, as best as I can tell.

Subject: [nsp] boot-start-marker

There seems to be two new commands in the latest config files called

boot-start-marker
boot-end-marker

Does anyone know where these are defined?
