[nsp] Environmentally hardened router

I'm looking for a route (Cisco hopefully) to terminate about 100 PPPoE 
sessions (on FastE) and either GigE, DS-3 or MPPP T1s (6 T1s).  The 
router needs to be hardened so it can survive outside on a pole or in a 
CEV.    Any recommendations?
