[nsp] how to use RAToolSet ?

Hi,

Check out RtConfig and it's printPrefixes operator along the lines of

 @RtConfig printPrefixes "ip prefix-list MyPrefixList permit %p/%l\n" 

and apply whatever filter is approriate
