[nsp] max l2tp sessions on NPE-300?

     I'm looking for a real-world number for the maximum number of
sessions we could put on a NPE-300 VXR w/sufficient memory.  I've seen
numbers for the NPE-400 and NPE-GE but what we have a lot of sitting
around are 300s.  These would be terminating dialup calls so maximum 64k
per session, nothing fancy and this is all the router would be used for.
