[nsp] MROUTE-4-RPF_LOOKUP_LOOP

Any pointers here would be appreciated. a.b.6.18 is our Stratum 1
NTP server, for the most part all gear uses mcast to hear the
time, throughout the state. This router just got turned up and I see
these errors from time to time. Can't catch it looping doing mtraces.

I have worked the path , from xxxcolo-router3 to a.b.6.18 & it is all
connected routes, carried by EIGRP. From a.b.5.18 back to
xxxcolo-router3, it is default routed at a.b.0.89 & a.b.0.6 then
connected routes via EIGRP take over.

May 5 11:48:55.206 MDT: %MROUTE-4-RPF_LOOKUP_LOOP: RPF route lookup
loop for a.b.5.18, route a.b.6.0/24
May 6 14:34:32.341 MDT: %MROUTE-4-RPF_LOOKUP_LOOP: RPF route lookup
loop for a.b.5.18, route a.b.6.0/24

xxxcolo-router3>mtrace a.b.6.18 224.0.1.1
Type escape sequence to abort.
Mtrace from a.b.6.18 to a.b.0.4 via group 224.0.1.1
From source (?) to destination (?)
Querying full reverse path...
 0 a.b.0.4
-1 a.b.0.4 PIM [a.b.6.0/24]
-2 a.b.0.2 PIM [a.b.6.0/24]
-3 a.b.0.109 PIM [a.b.6.0/24]
-4 a.b.0.16 PIM [a.b.6.0/24]
-5 a.b.0.6 PIM [a.b.6.0/24]
-6 a.b.0.89 PIM [a.b.6.0/24]

Above is new edge2 -> new core -> old edge ->
old core -> remote city colo -> remote city office.

All edge and core routers are defaultless.

Otherwise mcast works, all three NTP sources
are mcast in different locations:
