If you can do that, it might be helpful to open a TAC case on this -
it shouldn't silently start dropping all packets, but complain about
"need CEF for this feature to work" - as it is being done in IPv4
if you have no CEF but try to enable uRPF...

Cisco needs to be made aware of these small and unhappy surprises.
