VWIC-1MFT-G703 is your best bet. Be sure to verify with your provider that
you will need to provide an E1 interface, as in some localities you'll get
V.35 at the demarc.
The module provides a RJ48 connector, so make sure you find out what the
presentation will be, as it can vary (see the cable options on the product
page for the part).

That VWIC can do framed (crc4 or non-crc4) and unframed (G.703). If you
can arrange it, see if you can get the circuit provisioned as unframed (if
you have to go framed, you can save a bit by just going w/ VWIC-1MFT-E1).
