[nsp] MSFC2 config: Sup1A vs. Sup2 differences

Performance differences aside, would there be differences in the 
configuration file between an MSFC2 on a Sup1A vs. an MSFC2 on a Sup2? 
I'm looking at lab options, where money is a critical object, and would 
like to substitute a Sup1A for a Sup2 if it will suitably simulate the 
operation and configuration.
