[nsp] Cco ftp site gone ?

Complain to your rep, email the webmaster.  Being forced to use the PoS
download tool over lynx when you are at <insert most inopportune time
here> makes things unnecessarily complicated.

ftp ftp.cisco.com should be a constant.

Ok, I figured out that Cisco *finally* removed IOS image download privs
on a
CCO account that I've had since the dawn of time.
