On a side note:

I notice you're using ISL. We ran into a "feature" in that ISL traffic is
not CEF accelerated on the 7200 which caused us QoS problems. We changed
to dot1q by Cisco recommendation and the problems went away. Might be 
something for you to look at? 

"show int switching" is a good command in these cases (hidden, why on
earth isnt that command visable, it's very nice for diagnosing CEF 
problems).
