[nsp] RMON Traps on 12410

Do you need any special configuration for generating rmon traps on 12410
routers. The same configuration works happily on 7500s and 7200s but not on
12410. Even the alarms are not logged in buffer. Tried on ver 12.0.25S and
12.0.27S1. Any ideas?
