[nsp] debug ip packet - help!!

thanks for replying, richard. those extra 14 bytes seen by you in your 
packet capture look suspiciously like an ethernet header to me (minus the 
preamble). i guess that means that the 100 bytes shown in the debug output 
must be the contents of the ip header 'total length' field, meaning that the 
ip header is included.

but if anyone knows different, please feel free to chime in!
