Well, we haven't measured NPE-G1 performance with QoS configured, so I
cannot comment on that.

We have measured it both with plain IP and with EoMPLS, using Smartbits.
Using minimum sized Ethernet packets (64 bytes), we get around 630k pps,
which translates to 322.5 Mbps (630k*64*8), or 423.3 Mbps "on the wire"
(counting preamble and IFG, thus 84 bytes per frame). Our measurements
indicate that the difference between plain IP and EoMPLS is not really
significant. YMMV.
