[c-nsp] Router Terminate 25 IPSEC Tunnels

I  need to terminate 25 IPSEC (3DES is beer but not a requirement) 
TUNNELs for a small VPN over slow speed ADSL (512K per line). I 
proposed to my customers the Cisco Soho 96 for every single termination 
and now I need to choose a TUNNELS concentrator. I used 1760VPN in the 
past but a smaller solution (not modular and more economical) is 
welcomed. Any suggestions?
