[c-nsp] 2821 as a BGP Route Reflector

Funny a lot of features are supported on 7301 as compared to 7304. I
heard 12.5S5 is out for 7301 anyone confirm that?

I need to make a correction here.

7301 is in 12.2S not 12.0S.
