[c-nsp] CCO issues..

About an hour ago, I grabbed a 12.2T image for a 1700 I have under 
smartnet.  It ended up not supporting the new 4 port enet wic in it, so I 
needed a 12.3T image.  When I went to download it, I got download not 
permitted.  This is the second time this has happened - has anyone else 
expierenced this?
