[c-nsp] Cat 3550 and 3750: Policing on the basis of VLAN id

Hi Steinar,

Is the box you're trying it on a 3750-metro or not?

P.S. I have my own gripes with 3550, whereas I cannot seem to simultaneously
"trust dscp" and "set cos" inside the same policy map \ class (where the
class-map in question is matching on vlan).. :(((
