[c-nsp] Any IOS with IPv6 ICMP TTL Exceeded fix?

Can you be more specific about where/how you
are seeing this?

IPV4, IPV6, MPLS links, ip unnumbered links, version of code, etc.

Unless you have a bug ID already that we can reference
there isn't much we can do without more specific information.

I do see a couple of bugs in this area but some are corner
cases and therefore not sure if they apply to what you
are seeing.
