BASICALLY, 	what is the best syslog program for cisco networks?

I'm looking for a new SYSLOG app.
The one I'm using now is a pain to use.

I need a syslog server that:
1) Runs on WIN32 (yes, yes, I know...)
2) Accept logs from 30-40+ routers

I prefer something that can organize the logs better.  Right now they
all go into one damn file.
I'd like to have a product that will organize based on source IP or
something like that.

So I can say, ROUTER X crashed, I'll just quickly look at those logs.
