[c-nsp] Comparing WS-C2950 Switches

I have to set up a switch to interconnect three of our wireless Broadband
POPs.
I am thinking to install a WS-C2950-24 or a WS-C2950G-24-EI, but as far I
can see the only difference between these two switches is simply  the
presence of GBIC ports in the WS-C2950G-24-EI.

Are there some differences that I am overlooking between these two switches?
