If more providers used the Bogon Route server, it wouldn't be a problem
:-) Lots of people went through the same pain when ARIN got 69/8 about 2
years ago.
Your best option may be to bug some of the bigger ones to update their
filters. Also, make sure your routes are registered in one of the
internet routing registries (IRRs). Some of the top-tier providers
operate their own IRR servers, or you can use the RADB (www.radb.net), or
a free one like altdb (www.altdb.net).
Statically configured bogon filters are ok, only if people bother to keep
them up to date, since IANA does allocate new /8s to the RIRs from time to
time...
