[c-nsp] 7500 / Images w/o ethernet support?

Hi,
Hardware-Software Compatibility Matrix says that you can use
rsp-pv-mz.121-23.E2.bin for your hardware, but the Feature Navigator
shows only 12.2 and 12.3 as having IPV6 support for 7500.
