If both power supplies can handle the voltage, and you have cables with
the proper connectors then you should be OK. The IEC-320 power connector
on the power supplies is an international standard for the wiring and
ampacity.

If you need to make up a cord, you need (for a 20 amp 250 volt circuit) a
NEMA # L6-20P for a twistlock plug, or a NEMA # 6-20P for a straight-blade
20 amp plug. The NEMA numbers are an industry standard and are not
manufacturer specific. Either should be available from any electrical
supply house or even places like lowes and home depot. Wiring is
green->ground, and the other two wires (blue and brown or white and black
depending if they used US or EU color codes) are the two phase (power/hot)
conductors.

You can safely use cords rated for higher powers on equipment that uses
less power as long as the *voltage* you provide the equipment is in the
acceptable range for that equipment.

Probably all you need to do is pick up a 6-20P plug, chop off the
twist-lock plug on the cord you have, and wire the two together. It's easy
and all you need is a screwdriver and wire stripper. I do, however,
recommend the twistlock connectors for their ability to stay plugged in
when the admins are tripping over the wires :-)
