[c-nsp] Trap for fan failure on 7513

Guys,

I keep getting this log:

Oct 11 16:04:15: %CI-2-ENVCRIT: +12 Voltage measured at 10.44
Oct 11 16:09:15: %CI-2-ENVCRIT: +12 Voltage measured at 10.44
Oct 11 16:09:51: %CI-3-PSFAIL: Power supply 1 failure


Any way for generating a trap for such envrionmental failure?
