[c-nsp] Cisco VPN 3030 problems with buffers

Hi,

 

I am experiencing the following error when I'm trying to add another
User group in my Cisco VPN 3030 concentartor.

Actually I have 12 groups already end the error occurs when the
concentrator is trying to authenticate a user via the RADIUS server.

It complains that it could not open a socket to the server and reports
an error (ENOBUF=-9).
