[c-nsp] Incomplete ARP entires

HI ,

One of the clients have been complaing  of a pathetic response from
the ISP on doing an investigation its noticed that on their Router the
fastetherenet which connects the LAN is having CRC's and also there is
a huge amount of drops in the input queue, this was noticed on the
Fastethernet interface, another thing is that in the Router's ARP
table i see a lot of incomplete entries in the MAC row.

Could anybody throw some light on this please.
