[c-nsp] 7600 Native IOS Sup2 memory leak - FIB Control Task

I have a large number of 7600 Sup2/MSFC2 distribution routers running
full BGP routes with IOS 12.1(13)Ex. After about 6-12 months of operation
all of them
run out of free memory on the Sup2 and CEF goes disabled. The culprit
is the FIB Control Task on the Sup2. Flapping BGP or IGP routes seems to
excellerate the memory loss, but Cisco hasn't been able to find an exact
ddts yet. Anybody seen / solved this problem?

I know of the following ddts, but none of them match a slow memory leak
in FIB Control Task.

CSCdz85584: Memory Leak in FIB Control Task when intensive route flap
  ( and the internal CSCea16491 )
For this to happen links have to continuously flap ( more than once a
minute )

CSCeb57465: MSFC2: continues route flapping used up RP and SP free memory
