[c-nsp] strange and sudden ATM drops - any ideas?

Hello,

 

I have a peculiar situation with two ATM interfaces that occasionally drop
(and restart on their own, or when shut/no shut).  The router interfaces
have been replaced with new cards, as well as all connecting cables.  Thank
you in advance! Here are the configurations:

 

Router 1:
