[c-nsp] Observation about vlan counters

Hi.

I recently upgraded some Catalyst 4006-SupIII devices to 12.1(20r)EW1 
from 12.1.11b and it looks like the counters in the output from "show 
int VlanXX" are now showing numbers that are surprisingly close to 
reality, maybe even correct!
I haven't checked whether this is also the case for SNMP counters yet.

Does anyone know in which release Cisco fixed their counters? Maybe it's 
a side effect of the PROM upgrade..
