[c-nsp] OSPF NSSA Question

I thought of that but:
dist2.tor1(config-router)#neighbor 66.207.209.130
OSPF: Neighbor command is allowed only on NBMA and point-to-multipoint
networks
If I setup the Ethernet interfaces at point-to-multipoint, they don't
appear to form adjacencies...
