[c-nsp] reliable source of affordable 7500/RSP4 RAM

Any recommendations for where to shop for RAM for 7500/RSP4?

Kingston don't seem to sell RAM for the RSP4 any more. Transcend do, 
but I have detected a slight vein-throbbing horror in people who have 
used it in other devices at the mention of their name.

Routers in question are in Redwood City, California, but RAM is pretty 
cheap to mail so good sources elsewhere might also be interesting.
