The correct part number is PA-2FEISL-TX, there not what one would call hot, market on these is about $175 each these days.

I have a possibility to buy at good price some 2-ports 100BaseTx-ISL port
adapters (that would be PA-2FE-TX-ISL I guess?). 
 
But I remember from a previous life that some FE PAs were to be avoided like
plague.
 
Can anyone refresh my memory on this? Or was it just a bad dream?
