OK, so you don't need full a full view of Internet routes in the 5500/RSMs.
You could configure HSRP on the "internal" side of the 75xx routers, and use
the standby ip address as the default route for the RSMs.

The 75xx routers will then make the forwarding decision based upon their
shared BGP views.
