[c-nsp] privilege levels example

Greetings,

I'm in the process of setting up privilege levels, so that I can begin 
exercising some control over what various levels of our outfit can 
access.  Anyone have any examples of setting IOS commands to various 
levels?  I'm reasonably familiar with the AAA side of this process 
(though still learning), but I'm rather green at coming up with a 
"privilege plan" that works and keeps things safe.
