[c-nsp] MPLS over Satellite

Hmm, half-duplex/tx-only links could pose a problem (LDP adjacency), but
similar problems also occur with IP (or other network protocols) and
some of its routing protocols.. 
Or is this no longer an issue these days (it's been a while since I last
touched satellite links)..
