[c-nsp] IOS for 7206vxr/npe-g1

I apologize for not following this closely, 
but what's the recommended IOS for a 7206vxr/NPE-G1
that has the SNMP counters problem fixed and doesn't
suffer from well-known security issues?

I'ld prefer something in 12.0S or 12.2S 
(wouldn't I?  :-)
