Hi,

Would someone confirm the order of preference in OSPF cannot be changed by
interface cost

1. intra-area
2. inter-area
3. external-type x

If you have an ospf process has an intra-area route with an interface cost
of 100 and an external-type 2 route with an interface cost of 10; the above
order of preference would not change ?

Also, conditions where the cost is compared ie. both routes being intra-area
or external-type2 etc. ? or where routes belong to different OSPF processes
?
