[c-nsp] 6VPE- Cisco L3 MPLS VPN for IPv6

Hi,

It is available currently as EFT. Cisco might add this feature in one of 
the next technology train release (12.3(x)T). You should ask Patrick 
Grossetete the IPv6 product manager of Cisco.
