[c-nsp] 3750 switch stack

We/re actually running pretty recent code due to feature and bug fix 
issues.  Our whole network is 12.2.25SE although we expect to upgrade to 
12.2.25SEC in fairly short order to address outstanding (but fairly 
minor) bugs we've encountered.

Note that we almost exclusively use the 3750s as a edge and building 
aggregators only, with their customer VLANs trunked upstream to be 
routed on 6500s with Sup720s.
