[c-nsp] GSR rate-limit on vlan subinterface

HI,

I am going to manage an old Cisco 12012 router. The current 1Port GE
line card has an IP configured and using rate-limit to control the
bandwidth for some subnet.

I will change the 1Port GE configuration and make it carry two VLANs.

As the 1Port GE card is quite old. I can't find any reference at that moment..

I have two questions now.

1.	The 1Port GE support VLAN sub-interface?
2.	I can apply rate-limit to the VLAN sub-interface?
