[c-nsp] OIR and the 7513

So, I have this VIP with an ATM IMA PA in it that I need to get back
into a 7513. Normally, I would do this during a maintenance window and
actually power the router off but I'm hearing conflicting reports about
OIR in the 7513. I know that OIR is not supported in the port adapters
but it is supported in the VIPs.

Have any of you had any bad luck with OIR on a 7513? Should I not take
any chances and do this during a maintenance window like I normally
would?
