[c-nsp] interfaces out of order

I've seen it before in a different Cisco device. It was an SNMP bug that
they fixed in a later release. This looks like a similar bug.

Hello.
We have weird problem with our WS-C3550-48-SMI switch. Recently we
have
upgraded software on that switch to c3550-ipservices-mz.122-25.SEB.bin
and since then the interfaces in SNMP tree are not listed in order.
Before the software upgrade everything worked just fine, but I do not
know version of software without this problem. Below is output of
snmpwalk on ifDescr on that switch:
