[c-nsp] rate limit/qos for ipv6

Hello List,

Is there a way to rate limit ipv6 traffic over a
tunnel interface in ipv6ip mode?
I found this document w/c discusses IPv6 qos
techniques and it lists only cisco 12k support only
for the S train (12.0(28)S)

Anyway I can do it on a 7200 without going out of S
train? Currently on 12.2(18)S4 (yes, pending upgrade
to S8 ) on a 7200 terminating existing upstream IPV6
tunnels.
