[c-nsp] Two different VTP-domains that interconnect with dot1q = nogo?

As far as I remember, DTP won't play nice with the VTP domains not matching. (I remember having problems in a server/client scenario, can't remember transparent mode).
Try setting the trunk mode to "on" and ensure the native vlan matches on either side.
